AMODA is a group of diversified natural resource companies with interests in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States, India. The motto of the group is “Minerals to Metals”. The group is involved in the extraction and supply of all types of Minerals including Quartz, Granites, Iron Ore, Calcite, Laterite, Dolomite, Barytes, and Industrial minerals.

With its expertise in mining, manufacturing, engineering, and trading, the Group is known for its quality both in domestic and international markets

The group was started in 2004 with the commissioning of a Sponge Iron (Amoda Iron & Steel Ltd) plant in Jaggayyapeta Andhra Pradesh along with captive mines in Kadapa district and having stabilized the operations, went ahead with the acquisition of various mineral concessions, Pioneer TorSteel Mills Ltd. The group also has diversified into textile yarn spinning and warehouse logistics

With the growth of business operations, the group is also increasingly and actively involved in CSR activities by promoting greenery, education & health care to the needy.

Benita Industries

Amoda Group has 12 Iron ore leases in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. Benita Industries is the flagship company of the group carrying out the Mining and Processing of Iron Ore and exporting it.

Benita Industries was established in 2011-12 and its mine is located at Chabali village is located at Chabali Village, Pendlimarri Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. The Run-Of-Mine (ROM) extracted from low-grade Hematite mines is subjected to crushing, screening, and beneficiation in two plants established within the leasehold area of Benita Industries Ltd. The capacities of these beneficiation plants are 100 TPH and 250 TPH respectively. The company is one of the largest exporters of raw & beneficiated Iron Ore.

The company is also into the Mining / Quarrying of Quartz, Granite, Iron Ore, Calcite, Industrial Minerals, Laterite, Dolomite, Barytes etc.

Benita Granites

Granite is a kind of igneous rock and is found in many color variants based on the proportion of mineral impurities. The Amoda group has granite concessions in Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Ananthagiri, Anantapur and Khammam districts. Benita Granites Ltd. (BGL) is the flagship company that operates in mining, extraction and sale of granite portfolio. Benita Granites Ltd. has massive ultra-modern Quarrying technology to extract the finest quality of granite Slabs, Tiles, Cut to size of a wide spectrum of innovative product range with vibrant designs and colours. The company is a market leader in the high echelons of granite business. The company strongly believes that staying with the relevant customers would be essential to keeping pace in the industry and for the inclusive growth of the group.

Amoda Iron & Steel Ltd.

The group has entered into the steel business with the commissioning of the Sponge Iron plant – Amoda Iron & Steel Ltd – in Jaggayyapet, Andhra Pradesh. Jaggayyapet is a growing urban agglomeration located within the Capital Region Development Area (CRDA) in just about 50 Kms from Amaravathi, the new capital of the Andhra Pradesh state. Amoda Iron and Steel Ltd (AISL) was incorporated on 6th November, 2003 with a prime objective to manufacture Sponge Iron. The Integrated Steel Project is also on the anvil. The unit has an installed capacity for the manufacture of 200 TPD of Sponge Iron. Having stabilised the first Sponge Iron manufacturing unit, the group continued its expansion plans by acquisition of M/s Pioneer Tor Steel Mills Ltd, with its two units located at IDA Bollaram near Hyderabad and Chegunta of Medak Dist, Telangana, which manufactures Billets and Construction Steel Bars apart from Sponge Iron. In the short span, the company’s brand “Pioneer TOR Steels” has become a popular in the Indian Markets and commands premium for the quality product it manufactures.

Manna Warehouses Ltd.

Manna WareHouses Ltd is the flagship company within the group handling all warehousing and logistic operations. We have 10 Godowns having a total space of 3,60,000 Sq.ft. The Godowns are continuously under lease to Food Corporation of India and Cotton Corporation of India. Godowns of Manna WareHouses Ltd are located in the city limits very close to the main road and thus attracting many logistics’ companies. The company is known for delivery at customer satisfaction to a wide range of Private and Government customers. Our Warehouses operate with the highest standards of maintenance, aesthetics, space utilisation, and security. The company is equipped with Material Handling Equipment, well-trained and experienced staff, state of the art ERP solution, etc and these ensure proper communication and documentation on a day-to-day basis for the customers.
